The Mens class will teach the basic principles of yoga practices that release chronic tension, tightness and stress in body and mind. Through regular practice the student will develop excellent mental focus, structural alignment, and full body breathing. In a class specifically geared toward men, a comfortable and relaxed environment allows for a fun and effective way to learn and experience the benefits of yoga practice. This class will integrate simple and effective postures specifically tailored to release chronic tension in the male body. The students will also learn how to maintain and expand upon the benefits they receive in their weekly class on their own, in as little as 15 minutes a day. This class is suitable for everyone regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
