Gentle Yoga

This is a subtly challenging morning practice. We warm up slowly. Then we move into a gently active series of postures that lengthen, strengthen and stretch. Postural alignment, breathing and relaxation are integral aspects of our practice. This class is for those who want an emphasis on flexibility without undue exertion. People with limited yoga experience would be comfortable here as well as those who are looking for a gentle but energizing practice.
