Yoga Foundations
Beginner Course

The Yoga Foundations course is a 7 week introductory program teaching the fundamentals of yogic breathing, postures and concentration. We will insure you know how to align your body, breath fully and quiet the chatter in your mind, in the manner best suited to you. 

The postures taught in this course have been selected to address the areas of the body that commonly hold tension, experience lack of mobility and cause spinal instability. You will be given the tools and information necessary to begin a daily home based practice in order to truly integrate the benefits of yoga into your life.No experience is necessary. This program is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. If you are interested in truly learning how to practice yoga in a safe suitable way for your body, this is the class for you.

Note: The Foundation Course begins with a FREE INTRODUCTORY Lecture. The Lecture is also open to anyone who wants to learn about the history of the ancient tradition. Reservation Requested.
